Overnight Campers

Located off I-94 just East of Jackson, Mi, Greenwood Acres is a very quiet and private family campground that is close to highways and local activities yet provides a nature surrounded camping experience. GWA was founded on the shores of an inland lake in 1972 and has developed to include over 1100 camping sites with paved roads, a swimming pool, high speed Internet, a recreation center, bathhouses, a store, a café, a golf course and other amenities.

GWA provides overnight campers with very good facilities that have been developed to support the more than 700 seasonal campers that call Greenwood Acres home for the summer. There are 400 camp sites with hookups available for weekenders, overnighters and for extended stay campers who enjoy the facilities and twenty four hour security usually found only in members’ only campgrounds.
